1. Order Cancellation by Customer
A. Before Dispatch
Customers may request to cancel an order before the product has been dispatched. To initiate a cancellation, please contact us immediately at sales@denkiseigyo.com or call us at +91 78272 15547. If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.
B. After Dispatch
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy (if applicable) after receiving the product.
C. Custom or Special Orders
Custom-made products, including tailor-made controllers, relays, or assemblies designed to customer specifications, cannot be cancelled once the production process has started.
2. Order Cancellation by Denki Seigyo
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Incomplete payment or verification failure
In such cases, you will be notified promptly, and any payment already made will be fully refunded.
3. Refund Process
If a cancellation is eligible for a refund, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
