Sensitivity Adjustment

The DSCP series sensors include an adjustable potentiometer for sensitivity control:

  1. Remove the target from the sensing area.
  2. Rotate the potentiometer clockwise until the output turns ON.
  3. Place the target at the desired sensing distance.
  4. Rotate counterclockwise until the output turns OFF.
  5. Set the midpoint for stable detection.

For reliable operation, the recommended difference between ON and OFF positions is ≥ 1.5 turns.
