They offer the same function as standard SSRs (switching AC or DC loads using semiconductor components) but come in a thinner housing (typically 6–12 mm width) compared to standard block-type SSRs (usually 20–45 mm width).

STEP 1: Choose a correct type for current
For Resistive load: Current of SSR =2 x working current of load
For Inductive load:Current of SSR =6 x working current of load
For Capacitive load: Current of SSR =10 x working current of load
STEP 2: Choose a suitable heat sink.
When SSR working, it will give out a lot of heat, so in order to extend the life of your SSR, please install a
heat sink , also if the current is over 60A,the cooling fan also required.

And don’t forget apply heat-conductive silicon greasebetween SSR and heat sink.
Attention:
1. Use fast fuse to protect SSR from load short circuit.
2. The temperature of heatsink atuse must below 80°C.
3. It is better to use varistor for inductive load..
